It took awhile for the company to contact us. But they explained that it had something to do with the number they were trying to reach us on. Once Alvaro got in touch with us he has been very attentive and has answered all of our questions and then some. We are looking forward to working with him and Gateway to ship our household items here. Very professional and so far it has been a pleasure.

I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude to Alvaro Garo and Gateway. I moved from Costa Rica to Spain. I was recommended by another moving Company to Gateway because I was moving to Europe and their service didn’t include Spain. I was recommended to Gateway because of their reputation and satisfaction of their clients. I had concerns along the way, but every time I had an issue, Mr. Garo was always there and immediately checked on and resolved my concerns. I was never left wondering. I received answers promptly. All of my shipment arrived safely and in fully functioning order. I had some large electronic equipment. Their entire team was Gracious, kind, knowledgeable and respectful. I gave 4 stars because 5 to me represents actual Perfection (which I believe is impossible). But I would have given a 4.5 if that option was available. If you are doing a large scale or small scale move, look no further than Gateway and Alvaro Garo. This is a proven Company with a proven track record of excellence. I am thankful and lucky I was recommended to Gateway. Now I am honored to return the favor. Thank you Mr. Garo. You are the best in the business! Frank B.

We have used Gateway 3 times now and they have always been awesome. Everyone that we have worked with there has been very professional, fast, courteous, friendly and attentive. Increible trabajo, muy profesionales de inicio a fin, súper preparados para que cada mueble u objeto fuera súper seguro hasta su destino. Cada uno de los muchachos muy amables y además rapidísimos.
